We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to provide high-quality support to individuals in care homes and within their own homes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and well-being for those in need of assistance. Responsibilities
Assist children with daily learning activities
Support children in their independence and promoting their well-being
Follow individual care plans to ensure personalised support is provided effectively
Communicate clearly with children, their families, and the care team to ensure consistent and compassionate care
Uphold health and safety standards, including infection control procedures and safeguarding policies
Requirements
Must have at least a level 2 in child care
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children
Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support others' needs and promote learning
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
