We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. Duties
Supervise and care for children in a safe and engaging manner, ensuring their well-being at all times
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
Maintain a clean and organised environment conducive to children's development
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure clear understanding of needs and progress
Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices
Support children's emotional needs through attentive care and positive reinforcement
Drive children to activities or appointments when required, ensuring safe transportation
Manage behavioural issues with patience and professionalism, fostering a respectful atmosphere
Requirements
Proven experience with children, preferably within nursery or early childhood education settings
Strong management and leadership skills to oversee children's activities effectively
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to demonstrate childcare expertise with relevant qualifications or training in early childhood education is desirable
Valid driving licence for transportation duties
Compassionate, patient, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Knowledge of child safety standards and best practices in childcare provision
