Job Description

1. To ensure all Fairyland Nursery policies and procedures are adhered to.

2. To work as a member of Fairyland Nursery team to ensure that all children attending the setting receive high quality care, are kept safe and receive rich and stimulating play experiences that meet their individual needs.

3. To assist in promoting equal opportunities in the nursery.

4. Under supervision provide all aspects of care for children including washing, changing, feeding.

5. To assist with meeting the personal, social and emotional needs of all children.

6. Contribute to a good standard of safety, hygiene and cleanliness in the nursery.

7. To undertake such other duties within the nursery as required by senior staff.

8. To respect the confidentiality of all information received.

9. To ensure the provision of a high quality environment to meet the needs of all children.

10. To develop and maintain strong partnership and communication with parents.

11. The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 7.50-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
