Job Description

We are looking to appoint an inspiring, dedicated and enthusiastic pre-school manager to join us in our preschool setting.

We support one another as we work to provide a quality learning experience for all our children in a fun and nurturing environment. Applicants will need to show excellent knowledge of and work within the requirements of the Early Years Statutory Framework, have a good understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection and be able to follow and implement the policies and procedures of the setting.

This post is 35hrs per week, 42 working weeks and paid at Grade 09 SCP 19 - 25.

Candidates will need to demonstrate:

Confident, caring and friendly attitude.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, competently liaising with staff, parents and other professionals.

Flexibility, teamwork, and supportive of other practitioners in the setting.

Commitment to maintaining a safe, secure and nurturing environment.

Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS.

Commitment and passion to promoting the ethos and values of the school and getting the best outcomes for all children.
