Your Role:

Plan and deliver

rich learning opportunities

that meet each child's individual needs. Use accurate and effective assessments through the

key person approach

. Create an

enabling environment

with inspiring indoor and outdoor activities. Safeguard and promote the

health, safety, and wellbeing

of all children. Ensure all practice aligns with

nursery policies, legislation, and external guidelines

. Support children in managing their own

feelings and behaviours

positively. Work in close partnership with

colleagues, parents, carers, and professionals

to provide inclusive, high-quality care. Promote the nursery to support

growth and retention

. Take part in staff meetings, training, and

continued professional development

.
What We're Looking For:

Level 2/3 (or above)

Childcare qualification

Strong knowledge of the

EYFS

Good understanding of

child protection and safeguarding

Awareness of

SENCO

principles
