Childcare Playworker
Job Description
We require an enthusiastic Childcare Playworker to join our team.
Responsibilities will be:
To ensure the health and safety of children attending
Adhere to policies and procedures of the out of school club and regulatory bodies
Allow children to develop through play without prejudice to creed or ethnicity
Prepare breakfast and snacks, ensuring dietary requirements are met
Keep accurate records of children attending the setting
Pick up and drop off children from/to their schools
Complete relevant paperwork
A driving licence would be preferred but not essential.
Qualifications - minimum SVQ Level 2 in Playwork or Social Services (Children and Young People) or equivalent. We will consider applicants who wish to work towards a qualification.
Salary will be dependent upon experience
