Job Summary

We are seeking x2 dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Preschool Practitioners to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of children in a nurturing environment. This position requires an individual who is passionate about early childhood education and possesses the ability to communicate effectively with both children and their families.

Duties

Provide high-quality childcare in a safe and stimulating environment. Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and growth. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Manage daily routines, ensuring that children receive proper care, nutrition, and rest. Drive to various locations as required for activities or outings. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery setting. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive team environment, demonstrating leadership skills when necessary. Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to enhance their learning experiences.

Skills

Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and supportive atmosphere. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate clear communication. Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred. Demonstrated leadership qualities to guide and support junior staff members. A valid driving licence is advantageous for transporting children or materials as needed. A genuine passion for childcare, fostering an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.60 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32.5 per week
