Eureka is a charity run nursery that has been operating in the heart of Willenhall for over 20 years with a track record of delivering excellent childcare for the diverse community we serve.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Practitioner to join our team in our baby room . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education and demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to manage and lead effectively. Duties

Ensuring the children have amazing fun each and every day Helping the children in your care learn and grow to the best of their ability Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote early learning. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive community. Manage daily routines, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children. Lead by example, demonstrating positive behaviour and encouraging social skills among children Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents as necessary.

Qualifications

Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Enthusiasm A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

Pay: 12.21-12.41 per hour
