Job Description

We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Childcare Practitioner to join our friendly team at First Steps. We are a busy day nursery located in the centre of Poynton in Cheshire and having been in operation for over 20 years we have attained an excellent reputation within the local community. We have children from 3 months old to pre school age, with 4 large and spacious rooms and 3 outdoor areas.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and enjoys collaborating as part of a team. You will need to be able to build relationships with children and colleagues and also possess the ability to use your initiative when required. You should be motivated to continue developing your day to day practice and we can offer multiple in-house and online training courses to support your development.

A level three qualification in childcare is required with a strong understanding of safeguarding within a childcare setting.
