We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Practitioner to join our team. The Care Practitioner will play a vital role in fostering positive relationships with both children and their families, promoting an enriching experience for all.

Duties

Provide high-quality care and support to children in a nursery or childcare setting. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for all children under your care. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for each child. Monitor children's progress and report any concerns regarding their development or behaviour. Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive team atmosphere. Assist in planning and implementing educational programmes that cater to the needs of each child. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential. Previous management or leadership experience is advantageous. Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Experience working with children, particularly in a nursery setting, is highly desirable. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel as required for the role. A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that supports the diverse needs of all children.
