Childcare Practitioner Tipton Toddlers

Location:

Tipton Toddlers Day Nursery, Tipton

Salary

: 12.30 per hour

Hours

: Full time 37 or 40 hours minimum / Part time- three full days minimum

Role of the Childcare Practitioner:

Providing quality care for children aged 0-5, in a day nursery setting. Helping children during there key years develop whilst providing a stimulating and safe environment.

Responsibilities of a Childcare Practitioner:

Working with the amazing childcare team to provide stimulating and fun activities for children, support daily routines and prepare them in readiness for school.

Key worker

responsibilities includes planning, observations, report writing and working with the EYFS framework. Assist with daily routines, including playtime, meals, nap times, and school preparation. Deliver excellent customer service to parents, providing updates and maintaining strong communication.

Requirements for Childcare Practitioner:

Must hold a minimum full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification. Have exceptional understanding of safeguarding. Good understanding of the EYFS framework. Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
