In this role, you will support children with complex and additional needs, including physical or learning disabilities, between the ages of 5 and 20, helping to create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for learning and personal growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting children during lessons, therapy sessions, and play
Assisting with personal care routines as required
Encouraging independence, confidence, and life skills
Helping implement tailored educational and care plans
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure the best outcomes
We're Looking for Someone Who:
Is passionate about supporting children and young people with complex needs
Brings patience, empathy, and enthusiasm to their work
Has experience in a care, school, or similar setting (preferred but not essential)
Is a team player with good communication skills
