We are looking for

HCAs/supportworkers

to provide essential support to the

Childcare.

This position requires a caring nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. And the hourly pay rate for the support worker will be

$12.50 to $13.00

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and support to the children, tailored to their individual needs. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and social engagement. Ensure the safety and well-being of service users at all times. Maintain accurate records and documentation as per regulatory and organizational standards. Work collaboratively with team members and other professionals to deliver exceptional care. Follow all compliance and safeguarding protocols diligently.
