Job Description


We are recruiting Children and Family Workers in our Child in Need Team in Ellesmere Port and both our Permanence Teams based in Winsford and Ellesmere Port. You will work alongside experienced and qualified Social Workers with children and their families and/or carers where there are concerns for the wellbeing and safety of children that require the assessment and intervention of Statutory Services. This includes supporting Social Workers in assessing children\xe2\x80\x99s needs and developing, implementing, and reviewing plans; ensuring the voice of the child is heard and their views expressed. Working with a trauma informed approach with families and partner agencies to ensure children achieve good outcomes and successful plans of permanence.
