About the Role
This is a key role within the North Yorkshire and York Trusted Relationships Project, a multi-agency initiative supporting children at risk of or subject to:
Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE)

County Lines

Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE)

Modern Slavery




You'll work directly with children and their families, delivering evidence-based interventions, building resilience, and fostering long-term, positive relationships. You'll be part of a strengths-based, relational practice model that values the voices and experiences of children and families.


What You'll Do
Provide emotional and practical support to children and families.

Deliver structured, evidence-based interventions.

Contribute to assessments, plans, and reviews.

Work collaboratively with social workers, schools, and partner agencies.

Promote safeguarding and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development.



What We're Looking For
Essential:
In-depth knowledge of child exploitation issues (CCE, CSE, County Lines, Modern Slavery).

Experience working with vulnerable or hard-to-engage children and families.

Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development.

Excellent communication, engagement, and relationship-building skills.
