Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Football Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the game, along with the ability to teach and inspire players of varying skill levels. This role is essential in developing both individual and team performance, fostering a positive and competitive environment.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement training programmes that enhance players' skills and understanding of football. Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on both technical skills and tactical awareness. Analyse player performance during matches and training to provide constructive feedback for improvement. Create game strategies that maximise team strengths while addressing weaknesses. Foster teamwork and sportsmanship among players, promoting a positive team culture. Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff to ensure alignment on goals and expectations. Organise and participate in matches, tournaments, and other competitive events. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coaching techniques, rules of the game, and player development strategies.

Skills



Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football, with a track record of developing players' skills. Strong teaching abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts in an understandable manner. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with players, parents, and colleagues. Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their full potential both on and off the pitch. Strong organisational skills to manage training schedules, match preparations, and player assessments. A deep understanding of football tactics and strategies to enhance team performance. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 16 per week
