Job Description
Sapphire Rey Childcare Crew is looking for a proactive
Area Manager
to oversee multipleholiday camp sites for children aged 5-12
across the Midlands. You'll support on-site teams, maintain high standards, and ensure the smooth, safe running of each camp.You don't need to have worked in this exact role before, but you should have a
strong childcare background
and proven experience inmanaging people and maintaining quality standards
.Requirements:
Childcare or education background (essential) Confident managing and motivating teams across multiple sites Organised, adaptable, and hands-on approach
Must be available to work all school holidays (full days)
Willingness to travel between sites (fuel and parking fully reimbursed
