About Aspen Care Homes

Aspen Care Homes is a fully refurbished, large therapeutic house, purposefully designed to support only two children at a time. By working within a small and focused model, we are able to prioritise quality of care, emotional safety, and a genuine homely atmosphere where young people feel settled, valued, and heard.

Our leadership team has significant experience across both adult and children's care sectors, providing a strong foundation for our expansion into residential children's services. As Aspen continues to grow, we are committed to promoting from within--ensuring staff have genuine opportunities to progress into senior and leadership roles.

What We Expect From You

Flexibility to work a 24/7 rota, including sleep-ins (50 per night) Commitment to ongoing learning and development Ability to remain calm, patient and reflective under pressure Enhanced DBS check

Desired Experience & Qualifications

Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People (or willingness to complete it) Experience in residential childcare, therapeutic care or similar settings Understanding of trauma-informed practice, safeguarding and Ofsted standards Knowledge of children's care legislation
