We Care Bespoke are looking for experienced Children's Residential Support Workers to join our team.

As an Agency Support Worker you must:

Be over the age of 18 to apply (essential)

Have the right to work in the UK

(essential) Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desired) Have 12 months prior experience in a UK healthcare setting (essential) Have experience working with Children and Young People Have a level 3 in Children and young people

Experience

Previous experience working with children is preferable Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and communication is advantageous. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation duties. An understanding of care plans and the ability to adapt them as needed is highly desirable.

Duties

Provide direct support to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each child's needs. Communicate effectively with children, families, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support network. Drive to various locations as required for activities or appointments. Maintain accurate records of progress and any incidents that occur during support sessions. Engage children in educational and recreational activities that promote their development.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 13.25 per hour
