We provide tailored, long-term placements for children and young people with complex needs, in warm, welcoming homes with spacious bedrooms, shared living areas, and outdoor spaces.

Our skilled team uses evidence-based approaches to support young people with learning disabilities, sensory challenges, and trauma backgrounds - helping them build life skills, emotional resilience, and positive relationships for a brighter future.

We're looking for passionate, fun, caring Support Workers (Day & Night) to join us in our beautiful new homes for children & young people (aged 5-18) with learning disabilities and complex needs.

The role:

Supporting young people with learning disabilities and complex needs Helping create a fun, safe and nurturing home Building strong, trusting relationships Promoting independence, life skills and positive outcomes Working Day or Night shifts -- with regular sleep-ins (required)
