Job Description
Rate of pay is Time and 1/2 for 3 months for successful candidates who start between 18th May - 16th June!
We are looking for Children's Residential Support Workers to work within a children's residential setting. You will be expected to support the emotional and physical needs and well being of all the children within the home. Each child deserves help, comfort, support, understanding, and care this is what you will help provide, while also trying to build on the children's lives skills enabling them to be as independent as possible.
You will be required to
Support the children with their daily routine needs Create a homely environment in which the children can be nurtured and thrive. Ensuring all the care and relevant plans are followed and met for each individual child. Taking them to school, appointments, or contact Ensure Emotional and Physical needs are met and facilitated Have good Communication and Listening Skills Ability to deal with difficult, challenging, and demanding situations on a one-to-one basis or as a member of a team Commited to the job role

12 hour shift Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Night shift Overtime Weekend availability
