Playworks are looking to recruit dynamic Children's Activity Coaches with a passion for one or more of the following. Lakeside primary school ,Breakfast club and After school club

Sports (group games, MultiSports Yoga ect)
Dance
Cookery
Gardening
Science
The main tasks of the role are to plan and deliver sessions for children aged 3 - 11 years attending our after school clubs (full kit of equipment for activities will be provided) As well as delivering planned activities you will assist in providing a safe and stimulating play environment for the children attending. Whilst working in line with the standards set out by CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales) and Playworks Childcare Policies and Procedures.
The successful candidate must be willing to undertake Paediatric First Aid Training as well as Safeguarding training. An Enhanced DBS check is also required for this role. The cost of the DBS must be covered by the candidate. You will be required to travel between Playworks settings in Cardiff , so access to car is essential, mileage will be paid for travel associated to the role.
