Summary of role:

You will be providing high quality gymnastics coaching in a variety of environments mainly Saturday and Sunday gymnastics clinics, to boys and girls aged 5+ under our

FACE

brand.

Specific responsibilities:

Delivering high quality, safe, fun and structured recreational gymnastics classes to children aged 5+ Keeping registers and contact details up to date Ensuring gymnast's progression is up to date Communicating with parents, volunteers and coaches on a weekly basis within the lessons to ensure the lessons are of a high standard

Exceptional organisation and time management skills Good at communicating with parents, gymnasts and fellow co-workers A great team player Confident and enthusiastic in their gymnastics provision Able to stay calm under pressure Comfortable dealing with enquiries A desire to show initiative Level 1 or above British Gymnastics qualification Enhanced DBS check Safeguarding and Protecting Children Certificate First Aid qualification - preferably paediatric First Aid Good literacy skills You will be required to deliver on our Saturday programme and occasionally fill in at other times on a casual basis, time to be confirmed and to meet the needs of the group, preferably between 9:30am and 2:30pm Scope to add sessions organically with natural growth and promotion Opportunity to become a gymnastics clinic partner and add sessions regionally including recruitment of staff, management and sourcing new venues
