We're looking for

Camp Leads

to take charge at our

Strike Academy Holiday Activity Camps

during the school breaks:

October Half Term / Christmas Holidays / February Half Term / Easter Holidays / May Half Term / Summer Holidays

Days

: Monday to Friday (during school holidays)

Times

: 8:00am - 3:30pm

Rate

: 70 - 100 per day (based on experience and responsibilities)

Your Role as Camp Lead

As a

Camp Lead

, you will take ownership of the daily running of camp. You will be responsible for leading sessions, overseeing activity delivery, and ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment of all children on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the daily operations of the camp Welcome and register children each morning Oversee and support coaches in the planning and delivery of engaging activities Ensure all daily timetabled activities are completed Maintain a safe and inclusive camp environment at all times Monitor behaviour and manage any issues in line with safeguarding policies Complete relevant health & safety documentation (accident/incident forms, registers, etc.) Communicate with parents professionally and effectively Support the development and motivation of your team Ensure compliance with Strike Academy policies Be flexible and ready to support across roles as needed

About You

Aged 18 or over Available to work during the listed school holidays Experience leading teams and working with children/young people Strong communication and organisational skills Positive, energetic, and approachable Comfortable making decisions and managing a team Eligible to work in the UK (UK/EU citizen with 3 years' residency) Confident in enforcing policies related to safeguarding, health & safety, and behaviour management

Desirable:

Current Enhanced DBS Certificate (required) First Aid and/or Safeguarding Training (preferred) Driving Licence (preferred) Coaching or teaching experience in sport or childcare settings
