Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team in a dynamic care environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our care facility, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained for all children. You will need at least 1 year experience working within children care and also a clear DBS.
3 bed LD, new service with a very experienced Registered manager and Responsible individual.
Key Points
Level 3 or above in residential childcare is essential Senior support workers are welcome to apply Level 5 diploma qualification support will be provided.
Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in the overall operation of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Supervise and support staff in the administration of medication and implementation of care plans. Manage staffing levels, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
