We are currently seeking a

Deputy Manager

to support the running of one of our homes, working closely with the

Registered Manager

to lead, inspire and guide a team of dedicated

Children's Support Workers

.

Your Role:

Support the Registered Manager in the

day-to-day running of the home

. Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, child-centred care. Promote a safe, therapeutic environment where young people can thrive emotionally and socially. Assist with staff development, rotas, training, and compliance with regulatory standards. Build strong relationships with children, staff, families, and external agencies.
What We're Looking For:

Experience working in a children's residential care setting (team leader or senior support level desirable). Strong leadership and organisational skills. Knowledge of relevant safeguarding, care regulations and best practices. NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) willingness to work towards it. A passionate, child-focused approach with a commitment to making a difference.
