.Your Role
As the Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the home remains a safe, therapeutic, and nurturing environment. Your key responsibilities include:
Operational Support:
Assist with the daily management of the home's operations and compliance.Interim Leadership:
Confidently manage the home and maintain high standards when the Registered Manager is absent.Team Development:
Help recruit, mentor, and develop the staff team, fostering a culture of excellence.What We Offer
Competitive Pay:
A rate of15.00 per hour
, plus a60 per sleep-in allowance
, with a total package of up to38,000
.Stable Contract:
Afull-time, permanent position

A balanced shift pattern of2 days on, 4 days off
, with dedicated administrative days.What You'll Bring
Qualification:
AnNVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People
(or equivalent).Experience:
Proven experience as aTeam Leader or Deputy Manager
in a children's residential setting.Driving:
A valid driver's license is required.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
