Your Role
As the Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the home remains a safe, therapeutic, and nurturing environment. Your key responsibilities include:
Operational Support:
Assist with the daily management of the home's operations and compliance.
Interim Leadership:
Confidently manage the home and maintain high standards when the Registered Manager is absent.
Team Development:
Help recruit, mentor, and develop the staff team, fostering a culture of excellence.

What You'll Bring
Qualification:
An
NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People
(or equivalent).
Experience:
Proven experience as a
Team Leader or Deputy Manager
in a children's residential setting.
Driving:
A valid driver's license is required.
