is our flagship EBD home -- a nurturing, two-bed environment with plans to expand. We're looking for a

Registered Manager

who's ready to lead with integrity, compassion, and ambition.

What You'll Do:

Lead the daily operations of a 2-bed EBD home with plans to welcome a third young person Inspire and manage a dedicated care team focused on positive outcomes Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and exceed expectations Manage referrals and placement planning with local authorities Lead on safeguarding, team development, and quality assurance Develop and implement robust policies and procedures

What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 5

in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) - desired

Full UK driving licence

- essential Proven experience managing in a children's residential care setting Deep understanding of safeguarding, legislation, and regulatory requirements Confident decision-maker with strong leadership and communication skills Calm, compassionate, and committed to empowering young people
