The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Children's Home Manager

to lead our home. You will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding requirements, and the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting difference in children's lives while leading a dedicated care team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and manage staff to deliver high-quality, child-centred care. Ensure compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and legislative frameworks. Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and placement planning. Maintain strong partnerships with local authorities, schools, health, and families. Manage the home's rota, budget, and administration. Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections, striving for

Requirements

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards). Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory/management role within children's residential care. Strong safeguarding knowledge and leadership skills. Full UK driving licence (preferred).
