As a Registered Manager, you will:
Register with OFSTED as the manager of the home Ensure the home meets OFSTED and company standards Ensure all children are supported and cared for Manage, recruit and support your staff team Manage budgets Manage referrals Work with HR, RI and Operations Management team to ensure the effective running of the children's home Provide positive outcomes for young people
The Service:
3 Bedded children's residential care home Supporting children aged 8-17 Designed to support children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours Currently rated GOOD by OFSTED Part of a national organisation that is a leading provider of residential childcare
Package:
Up to 52,000 + Bonuses Full-time, permanent contract
To apply you will need:
NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management Experience as a deputy or manager of a children's home (2 years) Driving Licence
