Children's Home Manager
to lead and inspire our service in Bolton.This is a pivotal role where you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of therapeutic care. You will lead by example, guiding your team to provide excellent, person-centered support that truly meets each young person's unique needs.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead Therapeutic Care:
Create and implement tailored care plans that address the specific emotional, social, and behavioral needs of each young person.Build and Mentor Your Team:
Lead, guide, and train staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional development.Manage Resources:
Handle the home's budget and resources effectively to fully support the therapeutic model of care.Ensure Quality:
Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance withOfsted
regulations, National Minimum Standards, and best practices.What You'll Bring
Qualification:
ALevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
(or equivalent).Experience:
Strong experience as aDeputy Manager
orRegistered Manager
in a children's home setting, with a solid understanding of therapeutic approaches.Driving:
A valid UK Driving Licence is essential.On Offer
