We're looking for a passionate, motivated Children's Home Manager to drive high-quality care and inspire a dedicated team.
What You'll Do
Lead the day-to-day running of a Children's Residential Home
Work towards OFSTED Registered Manager status
Guide, support, and develop your team to deliver exceptional care
Ensure outstanding safeguarding, compliance, and therapeutic practice
Build strong relationships with local authorities, families & professionals
Oversee budgets, rotas, documentation & quality standards
What You'll Bring
Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
Minimum 3 years' senior experience in a Children's Home
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Children's Homes Regulations
Confident leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
