As our Children's Home Manager, you will be key in ensuring our home offers strong therapeutic care. You'll lead by example, guiding your team to provide excellent, person-centered support that truly meets each young person's unique needs. Here is what you'll do:
Create and implement therapeutic care plans. Lead and train the staff team. Manage the home's budget and resources. Maintain
Ofsted
compliance and accurate records.What You'll Bring
Qualification:
ALevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
(or similar).Experience:
Strong experience as aDeputy Manager
orRegistered Manager
in a children's home setting, especially with therapeutic care.Driving:
A valid UK Driving Licence is essential.What We Offer
