Registered Manager, Children's Home, Manchester (Up to 80k Package)
Are you a seasoned Registered Manager with a passion for creating a truly special and therapeutic home for one young person?
We're looking for an experienced and compassionate leader to manage a brand-new,
solo children's home
in Manchester.As the
Registered Manager
, you'll be instrumental in shaping this young person's life. Your responsibilities will include:Leading the home's setup
and ensuring a smoothOFSTED registration
.Developing and implementing personalized care plans
that cater to the young person's specific needs.Recruiting and leading a specialist team
dedicated to their support and wellbeing.Upholding safety and therapeutic care standards
while managing daily operations and budgets.What We're Looking For
A
Level 5 in Leadership and Management
. Proven experience as aDeputy or Registered Manager
in a children's residential setting, particularly with individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Avalid driving license
is essential.Your Package
Salary:
A competitive basic salary of up to70,000
.Bonus:
A5,000 relocation package
or a welcome bonus to help you get started.Profit Sharing:
The opportunity to join our profit-share scheme.Employment:
