.As the Registered Manager, you'll be instrumental in launching the home, from its initial setup to achieving successful
Ofsted
registration and maintaining outstanding daily operations.Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the Launch:
Oversee the complete setup of the new home and manage a smoothOfsted
registration process.Personalized Care:
Develop and implement highly tailored care plans to meet the complex needs of the young person.Build an Expert Team:
Recruit, lead, and mentor a small, specialized team to provide outstanding, person-centered support.Ensure Excellence:
Uphold the highest standards of safety and therapeutic care while effectively managing daily operations and budgets.What We're Looking For
Qualification:
ALevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
(or equivalent) is essential.Experience:
Proven experience as aDeputy or Registered Manager
in a children's residential setting, with a strong background in supporting individuals withlearning disabilities and autism
.Driving:
A valid UK driving license is required.Your Comprehensive Package
Competitive Salary:
A basic salary of up to60,000
.Bonus/Relocation:
A5,000
relocation package or a welcome bonus to help you get started.Bonuses - Based on specific KPIs
Permanent Role:
This is a stable, full-time position.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 50,000.00-70,000.00 per year
