Salary: Up to 60,000 + Bonuses

.Our home specializes in supporting young people with
Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
and challenging behaviours. With a current"GOOD" Ofsted rating
, you will be essential in maintaining and enhancing this high standard of care.Your Key Responsibilities
As the Registered Manager, you will hold full operational, financial, and compliance management for the home:
OFSTED Registration:
Formally register withOFSTED
as the Home Manager.Quality & Compliance:
Meet and consistently exceed allOFSTED
and company standards.Team Leadership:
Manage, recruit, and mentor your staff team.Operational Oversight:
Controlbudgets
, manage referrals, and oversee all daily functions.Collaboration:
Work effectively with the Responsible Individual (RI), HR, and the Operations team.Contract:
Compensation:
Up to60,000
per year, plus performance-based bonuses.Contract:
Full-time, permanent position.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 50,000.00-65,000.00 per year
