At Endless Possibilities, we believe in creating safe, nurturing spaces not just for the children we care for, but for the people who care for them.
We're looking for a compassionate, resilient Registered Manager to lead our 2-bed therapeutic home in Wigan. Already a Manager? Brilliant. A strong Deputy ready for that next step? We'd love to hear from you.
Why we're different
We were founded from the vision of our Care Director, who's spent over 30 years across the sector as a support worker, manager, social worker, guardian, and consultant to local authorities. She saw the harm caused to children, by not having their stories known, or the impact of their trauma understood by those who should care for them the most and set out to change this.
Now, we offer therapeutic care in beautiful, stable homes, where children can truly begin to heal.
