We're a new provider looking to recruit a Registered Manager to open and lead a new 2-bed children's home in Halesowen. You'll lead on everything from Ofsted registration through to building a steady, child-centred team and embedding the culture from the ground up. There's strong backing from senior leadership and the freedom to shape the home in a way that works for both staff and young people.

What you'll be doing:
Leading the registration process and preparing for inspection
Recruiting, training and managing a new staff team
Embedding a trauma-informed approach that puts relationships first
Overseeing safeguarding, compliance and quality assurance
Working closely with professionals, families and external agencies
Managing rotas, records, budgets and all operational elements
Creating a space where young people feel safe, respected, and supported
What you'll need:
Registered Manager experience or a strong Deputy ready for step-up
Level 5 Diploma (or close to completion)
Solid understanding of Children's Homes Regs and Ofsted frameworks
Confidence handling operational and compliance responsibilities
A clear commitment to therapeutic, relationship-led care
