About the Role
We are seeking a
qualified, experienced Registered Manager
(must hold a
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
) to lead our Ofsted-registered home. You will be supported by a skilled
Deputy Manager
and an engaged
Responsible Individual
, giving you the tools and space to succeed while maintaining a healthy
work-life balance

Key Responsibilities
Provide strong, visible leadership to staff, inspiring high standards of therapeutic care.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and the Children's Homes Regulations.
Oversee care planning, day-to-day operations, and staff development.
Drive improvement and innovation in all areas of practice.
Build strong, respectful partnerships with professionals, families, and agencies to ensure holistic support for children.
What We're Looking For
A proven leader in children's residential care with a
Level 5 qualification
