Key Responsibilities

Support individuals with daily living tasks, encouraging independence and self-care Implement personalised care plans that align with each person's goals and needs Provide emotional support and positive encouragement to those in your care Communicate effectively with families, professionals, and colleagues to ensure cohesive support Safely transport individuals to appointments and activities (if required) Maintain accurate records of care provided and individual progress Use basic IT skills for documentation and communication Participate in ongoing training and development
What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with children or in a childcare setting is highly desirable Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills A valid driving licence is preferred for transport-related responsibilities Proficiency in IT applications is an advantage A kind, compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others achieve their full potential
