We are seeking a passionate Children's Residential Team Leader to join our team in the UK. This role is crucial in leading our residential care home, ensuring that children receive the highest standard of care and support. You will play a key role in shaping their experiences and helping them develop.
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Team Leader to join our Ofsted-registered children's home. You'll lead and support a team of residential care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of support workers. Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures. Support the emotional, social, and educational development of young people. Contribute to care planning, behaviour management, and daily routines. Maintain accurate records and reports. Complete supervisions. Support the Management with tasks in the home.

Requirements:

Experience in a residential childcare setting. Strong knowledge of safeguarding and children's home regulations. Leadership or supervisory experience. NVQ/QCF Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare Resilience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. full UK driving licence

Desirable:

Level 5 qualification or willingness to work towards.

Pay: 14.50-15.50 per hour
