The Role

:
We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and engaging coaches to deliver our CYCLEme TOTS sessions across local schools, nurseries and community venues.

You'll be working on a

self-employed

basis, delivering fun, structured sessions to groups of young children while ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

:

Plan and deliver structured cycling coaching sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels using the CYCLEme TOTS programme. Motivate children age 3-9 years to improve their riding skills and confidence in a supportive manner Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their development Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations Liaise with parents, schools, and nurseries in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain equipment and ensure the safety of all participants during sessions Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, and any incidents or concerns

Skills:

Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in cycling or related activities Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to communicate effectively across diverse age groups Excellent organisational skills to plan engaging sessions and manage group dynamics Ability to motivate and inspire participants while maintaining a positive environment Knowledge of safety standards related to cycling activities and equipment management Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles Flexibility to adapt coaching methods based on individual needs and skill levels

Pay: 15.00-28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
