Party Peeps host amazing parties, events and festivals for families with young children, and we're looking for enthusiastic and energetic people to join our award nominated team in 2025!

Want to earn GREAT MONEY with fun and creative work performing, hosting, entertaining and making people smile all year round?

This is a flexible role that works around your availability and other commitments... Do you study at college or university but need to earn good money alongside your studies? Do you have a job but need to significantly boost your income? Or maybe you want to do something that is rewarding, fun and creative? Something that develop your performing, drama and theatre skills?

We can supply work 52 weeks of the year but you'll have no fixed times/days -just tell us what days you can work and we'll give you events/parties on those days. Naturally most work is available at weekends. But you don't need to commit to every weekend, you tell us your availability for the coming 2-3months and we'll find you the work. You'll need your own vehicle to get to events with a small amount of our equipment we'll provide for you.

In 2024 we performed at festivals alongside McFly, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Five, Scouting for Girls and more. We have supplied and attended major events and corporate clients including Dell, Microsoft, Utility Warehouse, Bristol Balloon Fiesta, Camp Bestival, Cheltenham Racecourse and some of the biggest firework and Christmas light switch ons in the area.

With a full systems manual on how to deliver amazing performances and parties we'll train you to deliver one of our highly recommended shows, you'll also receive regular coaching so you can grow your skillset.

Summary:

Tell us the days you are available to work and we'll book you in to create lifelong memories for families and children at parties, festivals and events.

Travelling to venues in your own vehicle, setting up and operating equipment which we will provide you with and delivering a five star party performance every time.

Outcomes

1. Consistently deliver a five star kids disco party in line with the Party Peeps

systems manual and training.

a. Follow a structure and formula whilst delivering a personable

experience with enthusiasm and bags of energy.

b. Setup and pack down disco equipment single handedly in time for

the party to begin.

c. Withhold a UK valid driving license and appropriate vehicle to travel

and transport kit between parties.

2. Deliver excellent customer service to gain regular five star reviews.

a. Good organisation and communication skills in the run up to the

party.

b. Quickly build a fun and friendly rapport with the customer and the

children.

c. Able to deal with any arising issues decisively and implement

solutions.

3. Never let down a single customer, ever.

a. Organised with impeccable time management.

b. Reliable and trustworthy with an excellent attendance record.

4. Manage own diary, insurances, vehicle and tax records.

This role would suit anyone pursuing a career in entertainment, performing arts, drama, dance, music, hosting, events, holiday park entertainment and would suit well those seeking weekend work to fit around other commitments such as studying, auditions, rehearsals etc. Earn money all year long, this is not seasonal and can provide reliable income 52 weeks of the year in between your other commitments, gigs and studies.
