We are looking for enthusiastic Party Experience Hosts to join our team at Clip 'n Climb Crawley, the UK's largest Clip 'n Climb centre, based in West Sussex.

As a Party Experience Host, you will play a key role in delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests. You will be the friendly face that brings our parties to life, ensuring every celebration runs safely, smoothly, and on time. Full training is provided, and you will be supported by a fun, fast paced, and professional team environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Hours Available

Weekly contracts of 4 to 8 hours. Weekend and school holiday availability is essential due to the nature of the business. This is not a 0 hour position.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for allocated parties on the day Ensure all party guests are welcomed, looked after, and fully catered for Coordinate with the Climbing Arena and Cafe teams to ensure safety briefings and food service run on schedule Engage positively with customers to enhance their overall experience Work closely with team members to support smooth day to day operations Assist with events, promotions, and special activities when required Attend ongoing training and development sessions Support Reception, Cafe, and Climbing Arena operations as needed

What We Are Looking For

Confident communication skills, with the ability to address and manage large groups Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner Organised, reliable, and efficient Calm and professional when working under pressure Able to show initiative and work independently when required Able to multi-task and assist with up to 2-3 parties at a time Comfortable engaging with people of all ages and backgrounds High attention to detail and accuracy Flexible and willing to support different areas of the centre Must be aged 16+ and a school leaver

This role involves working closely with children and young people and is therefore exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. All applicants will be required to disclose any relevant convictions, cautions, reprimands, or warnings.

Appointment to this role is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. This will be paid for, and conducted, by Clip 'n Climb Crawley Limited and will be part of the pre-employment check process.
