Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Party Host to join our team aged 18+. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by managing all aspects of party events. This role requires a strong focus on guest services and hospitality, ensuring that every detail is attended to, from planning through to execution.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Coordinate and manage all party activities, including games, entertainment, and food service. Liaise with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences for the event. Ensure that all areas are clean, organised, and well-prepared prior to the event. Provide exceptional guest services throughout the event, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Supervise staff during events to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. Handle any issues that may arise during the event with professionalism and poise. Collect feedback from guests post-event to continually improve our services.

Qualifications

Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required for events. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction. Team player who can work collaboratively with others while also being able to manage independently when necessary.
