ad-hoc shifts
in addition to our weekly class offering above. This includes; cover teaching, flyering, school sessions, holiday course work and parties.

TEACHER ROLE
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver fun, fast-paced drama, dance, and singing activities alongside your co-leader (Producer)
Teach material with energy and encouragement, promoting confidence and wellbeing
Co-direct exciting end-of-term performances
Lead engaging warm-ups and creative games
Prepare for sessions using provided weekly plans and materials
Foster a positive, inclusive class culture aligned with Inspire's values
We're looking for someone who:
Has a qualification in Performing Arts or related field
Is skilled in at least one performing arts discipline (singing/dancing/acting) and confident in the others
Has experience working with children and young people
Is creative, organised, confident, and fun
Loves working as part of a team and is eager to grow as a leader

PRODUCER ROLE
Includes all
Teacher responsibilities
, plus:
Additional Responsibilities:
Liaise with parents regularly, offering updates on their child's progress
Write thoughtful, encouraging end-of-term feedback
Communicate clearly with parents, admin, and management
Promote your Inspire School through community outreach and referrals
Take responsibility for First Aid and Risk Assessments during sessions
Extra Skills We're Looking For:
Strong written communication skills (especially for parent feedback)
A passion for child development and a proactive, growth mindset
Additional Benefits:
21/hr (starting producer rate)

50/hr (party leader rate) | Annual Bonus
Please note: This is a
self-employed
role. New leaders must complete
Paediatric First Aid Training
during their first term (cost covered by the contractor). This & any other start-up costs may apply and can be claimed on your tax return.
