About the Role

As a Care Worker, you'll support children and young people to:

Focus on education, behaviour, and physical & mental well-being Experience a fulfilling childhood they can carry into adulthood Attend appointments, liaise with social workers, support schoolwork, and help integrate into the community Express themselves, feel safe, and enjoy enriching activities Respond efficiently in emergencies while ensuring safety and wellbeing Follow all regulatory requirements (Health & Safety, COSHH, RIDDOR) and maintain accurate support plans and handovers
