As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll play a key leadership role within one of our therapeutic homes, helping to shape a safe, nurturing environment where children can begin to heal and thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
Leading by Example:
Supporting the team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Day-to-Day Support:
Assisting children with routines such as personal care, meals, and activities
Mentoring Staff:
Guiding junior team members, sharing knowledge, and supporting development
Emotional and Behavioural Support
: Helping children regulate emotions and manage challenges
Promoting Learning:
Supporting education, skill-building, and personal growth
Maintaining Records:
Ensuring accurate documentation and contributing to care planning
Creating a Safe Home:
Helping maintain a positive, safe, and structured environment

What We're Looking For

Skilled in residential childcare and confident in a leadership role

What We Require
Level 3 Diploma
(or equivalent) in Children & Young People
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous experience
working in a residential childcare setting
