Key Responsibilities
Provide daily care and emotional support to young people
Help young people with routines, education, and life skills
Support independence and positive decision-making
Safeguard young people and respond to incidents effectively
Keep accurate records, care plans, and reports
Work closely with colleagues, families, and professionals
What We're Looking For
? Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
? Experience with children/teens in EBD, SEMH, or SEN settings
? A patient, resilient and caring nature
? Full UK driving licence (preferred)
