Job Description

At Moonreach, we deliver residential childcare services in Deal that teach, develop, and look after children and young people aged between 7 and 18 years. Due to a planned expansion of our team we're now looking for people who are dedicated to the welfare and wellbeing of young people in residential care to add to our existing team of Residential Support Workers.

If you have a calm, patient manner, the ability to build effective relationships and a proven track record of working as part of a team we'd love to hear from you.

Whilst previous experience of working with children in a residential setting is desirable, it's not required as we do offer a full training programme.

The successful applicant will receive:

Due to Ofsted requirements, all employees in our Residential Care Homes must be a minimum of 21 years old.
